What this service is
Fulshear Local Plumber is a referral service. We take plumbing requests from homeowners in and around Fulshear, Texas, and pass them to independent plumbing contractors. We are not a plumbing contractor, we hold no plumbing license, we employ no plumbers, and we perform no plumbing work of any kind.
What we do not promise
Using this site does not guarantee any of the following:
- That a contractor will be available for your request
- That a contractor will contact you within any particular time
- That a contractor will agree to take the job
- Any particular price, and we do not set prices
- Any particular standard or outcome of work performed
We are not party to your agreement with the contractor
Any agreement about work, scheduling, pricing, payment, warranty or anything else is between you and the contractor directly. We are not a party to it. We do not supervise the work, inspect it, or control how it is carried out.
This means that disputes about the work, the price, or the conduct of the contractor are between you and that contractor. We will help where we reasonably can, but we have no authority over their business.
Contractor licensing and insurance
Our policy is to refer requests only to contractors who hold a current Texas plumbing license and carry liability insurance. We encourage you to verify any contractor's license yourself before work begins — Texas plumbing licenses can be checked for free through the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners. You should also ask to see proof of insurance.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that the phone number and email you provide are yours to give. Submitting a request on behalf of someone else, without their knowledge, is not permitted. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false requests, use this site to harass anyone, attempt to access parts of it you are not authorized to access, or use automated tools to submit requests. We may refuse or remove any request at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulshear Local Plumber is not liable for loss or damage arising from work performed by a contractor, from a contractor's conduct, from any delay in or failure to connect you with a contractor, or from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Emergencies
This site is not an emergency service. If you have an active flood, a gas smell, or any situation that poses a risk to safety, shut off the relevant supply and contact your utility or emergency services. Do not rely on a web form in an emergency.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
